MagnetCert is based in Traverse City, Michigan, but our mobile testing units provide onsite certification services throughout the Midwest. Our mobile testing lab allows us to cover a wide area. Our Food Safety equipment is compact and travels easily driving or flying. The Lift Safety test equipment can also be shipped long distances as required.
On-site Testing is available across most of the Midwest for Breakaway Testing.
Whether you are in a major hub like Chicago or a remote facility in the Upper Peninsula, we bring the lab to you.
We fly nationwide for Food Grade Testing.
We also offer In-House Testing where you can ship your magnets directly to our Traverse City lab.

A: Yes. We understand that production schedules are tight. We offer flexible scheduling options, including off-peak hours, to ensure your magnets are tested and certified without interrupting your facility's workflow.
Q: Do you provide on-site magnet testing for all five states listed?
A: Yes. We provide full mobile on-site testing, certification, and auditing services across Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Our team is frequently on the road, allowing us to service both major metropolitan hubs and remote industrial facilities.
Q: Can you accommodate facilities outside of the Midwest?
A: Absolutely. While the Midwest is our primary service hub, we offer nationwide travel for large-scale facility audits and multi-site contracts. For smaller projects outside our core states, we also offer a convenient In-House/Mail-In testing service at our Traverse City laboratory.
Q: How are mobilization and travel costs calculated?
A: We strive to keep costs low by "batching" our routes. If you schedule your annual testing while we are already scheduled to be in your area, you can save significantly on mobilization fees. Contact us today to see when we will be near your location.
